# Panora

Panora is a private AI meeting notes assistant for real conversations. It captures meetings, voice notes, and decisions into a searchable memory while letting users choose what stays local and what uses Panora Processing.

## What Panora Does

- Captures real conversations and voice notes.
- Saves captured conversations as a compounding memory.
- Helps recover action items, decisions, and insights with Ask Panora when processing is enabled.
- Gives users clear processing choices: Local Only, Panora Processing, and future Own API Key support.

## How It Works

1. Capture a meeting, conversation, or quick voice note.
2. Save the conversation into Panora memory.
3. Ask Panora to recall insights, next steps, and source moments from processed memory.

## Privacy

Panora is designed around explicit processing choices. Local Only keeps cloud processing off where device support allows. Panora Processing enables hosted analysis and Ask Panora features after explicit upload. Panora does not use user recordings, transcripts, notes, summaries, decisions, action items, or memory to train AI models.
